<p>PURPOSE:To efficiently separate and eliminate chlorine from chlorine-contg. sludge contg. Ni and to easily transform the sludge into a Ni-contg. raw material by adding alkali to slurry obtd. by mixing the chlorine-contg. sludge contg. Ni with water, stirring the mixture in the presence of an oxidizing agent, thereafter filtering off it to obtain a sediment and cleaning the sediment. CONSTITUTION:Chlorine-contg. sludge and water are mixed into slurry; 1 to >=1.5 equivalent alkali is added to chlorine contained in the slurry and the mixture is stirred for >=0.5hr in the presence of an oxidizing agent to obtain a sediment, which is cleaned and dried. Since hydrolysis reaction and oxidation reaction coexist, chlorine can efficiently be separated and eliminated.</p> |
