PURPOSE:To obtain a stable, highly accurate battery rest capacity display value after temperature compensation by providing a voltage input part, a current input part, a temperature input part, a 1st CPU, a data processing part, etc. CONSTITUTION:The data processing part 1 has data tables wherein voltage values of a battery corresponding to discharging current value ranges are divided into plural stages and prescribed by specific temperature ranges and the 1st CPU 11 generates an output for displaying the voltage values, which indicates the rest capacity of the battery and are corrected by discharging current values by using the data tables, in stages. The voltage input part 2 detects the voltage value of the battery and inputs its data to the processing part 1. The current input part 3 detects the discharging current value of the battery and the temperature input part 4 detects the temperature value of the battery and inputs it to the processing part 1. A meter 5 has a meter 51 for making displays by the stages and a 2nd CPU 52 processes the output of the processing part 1 and displays it on the meter 51. Consequently, the display is stable and high in accuracy and the temperature-compensated display value is obtained. |
