PURPOSE:To easily adjust the characteristics of a microwave wide-band multi stage amplifier by forming end surfaces of two microstrip lines in such a shape that reflection is not caused and providing plural lands in specific arrangement. CONSTITUTION:The end surfaces 10A and 20A of the two microstrip lines 10 and 20 are shaped so that no reflection is caused. Then lands 101-10n are provided perpendicularly at specific intervals from the end surface 10A of the microstrip line and lands 201-20n are arranged symmetrically with the lands 101-10n about the center between the end surfaces 10A and 20A of the two microstrip lines 10 and 20 at the same intervals with the size of a coupling capacitor C. Thus, the patterns of the microstrip lines 10 and 20 are arranged, so the adjustment range becomes wide to easily adjust the characteristics of the microwave wide-band multistage amplifier. |
