PURPOSE:To prevent the deviation of the load by juxtaposing a non-excitation operation type brake with brake torque larger than the rated torque of the motor and an excitation operation type brake with brake torque slightly larger than the rated torque. CONSTITUTION:The non-excitation operation type electromagnetic brakes 4a-4c, brake torque thereof is 150-200% or higher of the rated torque, and the excitation operation type electromagnetic brakes 5a-5c, brake torque thereof is 100- 150% of the rated torque, are mounted to the shafts of each motor 2a-2c. When the intermittent excitation periods and excitation operation time of the electromagnetic brakes 4a-4c and 5a-5c are set previously by a timer in a control panel, each brake simultaneously periodically intermittent excitation, the electromagnetic brakes 4a-4c release brakes, and load is held by the electromagnetic brake 5a-5c. When either brake torque exceeds adjusting torque, share torque is reduced through slip, and corrected to normal value, and excessive load is removed. |
