PURPOSE: To attach a ligamental anchor as a substitute of a crucial ligament by forming a passage from a flare end having a division of a stud to a small hole and screwing a footing into a cortex with a cut female screw. CONSTITUTION: A flare end 12 of a stud and a segment of a cylindrical body 17 are closed at divisions 19, 20. The flare end 12 of the stud enters into a longitudinal passage 21 of a footing having a screw, slides along the passage 21, and attaches the stud 10 with the footing 11 having the screw. A ligament 37 and a staint 38 are slided from the flare end 12 of the stud to a small hole 18 along a horizontal division 20 to form a continuous loop, and passed through respective small holes 18 of one pair of the studs 10. A crossover tool end of a driver 40 is engaged with a slot 46 formed at an end of the footing having the screw. When the screw 25 is enlarged outward, the screw enters deeply into the female screw 34 cut in a cortex of a bone.
