PURPOSE:To permit a high-speed run under heavy load even after inner pressure is lowered in the above-mentioned assembly for guaranteeing a safety run during lowered inner pressure by building up the assembly with elastic material and specifying its radial height and width in the state that the inner face of a crown has contact therewith. CONSTITUTION:In a tire inner room 12 which is encircled with a rim 1 and a tire 5, a second-hand assembly 11 fitted outside a well portion 4 is built up with elastic material such as plastic, hard rubber or others which are enforced with glass fiber. Then, the radial height (H) of the assembly 11 is set to be 40-70% the height (T) of the tire, at the time when tire inner pressure is lowered and a tire crown 8 has contact with the core assembly 11 to become flexible due to load for shrinking fewer than in no-load. Also, the width (W) at the radial outer edge of the assembly 11 is set to be 0.5 time or more the radial high (H). Such constitution permits a high-speed run under heavy load even when the inner pressure is lowered.
