PURPOSE:To facilitate changing processing for secure equality between information resources different in presentation form by updating the correspondence relation of a correspondence relation managing part when the change of the correspondence relation of the information resource arises accompanied with the changing processing. CONSTITUTION:An information resource converting processing part 7 converts the extracted change differential information of the presentation form of one side into that of the presentation form of the other side, and updates a part of the contents of the information resource 2 of the other side according to the correspondence relation between the information resource 1 of one side and the information resource 2 of the other side by the correspondence relation managing part 6, and in the case where the correspondence relation is changed by this update, it changes the contents of the correspondence relation managing part 6 as well. Besides, in the case as well where a part of the contents of the information resource 2 of the other side was changed, the change differential information of every converting unit is extracted, and is converted from the presentation form of the information resource 2 into the presentation form of the information resource 1, and a part of the contents of the information resource 1 is updated, and in addition, when the update of the correspondence relation of the correspondence relation managing part 6 becomes necessary, it is updated. Thus, the converting processing for secure the equality of the information resources different in presentation form is facilitated.
