<p>PURPOSE: To receive light beams for a picture forming with picture dots using small light valves by synchronizing many light valves, which are stretched in parallel to the moving direction of the photosensitive medium with the movement and successively operating them. CONSTITUTION: Picture dots 25 to 28 on a photosensitive medium 11 are formed by successively operating many light valves 15 to 18, which are stretched in parallel to the moving direction of the medium 11, in synchronism with the movement of the medium 11. Each of the valves 15 to 18 is individually coupled to the output of a serial input-parallel output shift register 23 of a driving device 22. Picture signals are transmitted to the shift register 23 through a line 24. A pulse circular plate is arranged on the shaft of a roller 13, transmits the signals proportional to the movement of an electronic photographic belt 11. The signals are sent to a synchronizing device 21 and synchronization signals are generated. The dot 25 is exposed to the light beams four times and sufficient light beams are supplied to each dot by the small light valves.</p> |
