PURPOSE:To provide an adhesive having high and durable adhesivity to the wet hard tissue to a living body such as bones, teeth, etc., by using a specific acrylic monomer having COOH, etc. such as acrylic ester and a Ti and Si compound containing an alkoxy group as main components. CONSTITUTION:A composition containing (A) a polymerizable (meth)acrylic acid ester having COOH, epoxy, amino and/or OH groups [pref. formula I (n is 1-3; m is 1 or 2; Y is OH, NH2, epoxy group, group of formula II, etc.; Z is 1-25C (n+m)-valent organic group; R1 is H or methyl), e.g. 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate] and/or a (meth)acrylamide derivative [pref. a compound of formulaIII (R4 is H or 1-10C hydrocarbon; X is 1-25C (m+1)-valent organic group)] and (B) a compound of Ti and/or Si having an alkoxy group (pref. the compounds of formula IV, V, etc.). The weight ratio of (A) to (B) is pref. 50-99.5:50-0.5. |
