PRODUCTION OF FROZEN RICE

PURPOSE:To obtain frozen rice able to be uniformly boiled without remaining of water on the surface of rice by packing drained rice in a bag of transient sheet having well and quickly freezing to separate remained water in draining. CONSTITUTION:Rice 1 washed in water and drained is charged in a bag as first receiving means 6 and second receiving means 7 of transient sheet having well 8 continuously adhered of end part along with one inner face part and side part of said bag 6 and sealed. Excess water of the rice 1 is pooled in the well 8 from the first receiving means 6 through the second receiving means 7 and refrigerated, thus able to be separated in defrosting and boiling.
