A hydraulically controllable injection timing adjustment device for an injection pump, in particular of a Diesel engine, comprises adjusting and compensating eccentrics (2,3) arranged between driven and driving elements (1,4). Each adjusting eccentric (2) is associated with a setting piston (9), which is loadable against a restoring force, for actuation of the adjusting eccentric. Lubrication of the eccentric adjusting system and ventilation of the hydraulic setting system is achieved through provision of throttle channels (91) in each piston to extend from its end faces to a receiving bore for the associated setting pin (13). The pin itself has an annular and central channel arrangement (131) which corresponds with the throttle channels (91) and opens in a respective receiving bore (21) in each adjusting eccentric (2), into which bore the pin engages with little play by a crowned outline (14). Radial channels (22) extend from each bore (21) to the external circumferences of the respective adjusting and compensating eccentrics (2,3). <IMAGE>
