PURPOSE:To increase not only the stability of measurement but the surface smoothness of a metallic magnetic thin film layer, by adding a reinforcement layer to a specific support layer. CONSTITUTION:A metallic magnetic thin film layer is formed by vapor deposition, sputtering or the like process on a single surface of an organic high-molecular film made of such material as the total aromatic polyimide, total aromatic polyamide, polyparabanic acid, polyamide-imide, etc. that has the <=5% heat contraction factor in all directions at 250 deg.C and has no fusing point. At the same time, a reinforcement layer like a polyester film, an aluminum plate, or the like having a higher rigidity than the above-mentioned organic high-molecular film is provided on the other surface of the said high molecular film. |
