PURPOSE:To shorten construction period by cantileveredly projecting a steelwork in the lengthwise direction at every division, giving prestress to the steelwork with PC steel stretched along the steelwork, and assembling a formwork and placing concrete. CONSTITUTION:A reinforcing steelwork 11 is buried in parallel on the upper end part of a bridge pier 10, and prestress is given to a PC steel 12 in a cover 14 provided along the upper edge of the steelwork. Nextly, the steelwork 16 of a first division A is connected to the steelwork 11 and projected, and at the same time a steel 21 is connected to the steel 12 and gives prestress to the steelwork 16 through supporting metal fittings 19. A formwork 24 for placing concrete in place is assembled with suspended steel bars 22 hung from the steelwork 16, concrete 25 is placed in it, and such process is repeated to form a prestressed steel framed concrete construction for a whole bridge. Consequently, by enlarging the bearable load of a steelwork and the length of each division, the construction period can be shortened. |
