PURPOSE:To facilitate assembly work of intake distributing tubes and make the clearance between adjacent distributing tubes unnecessary for a compact size by dividing plural intake distributing tubes into upstream tube portions and downstream tube portions, making divided edges removable, and forming the downstream tubes integratedly. CONSTITUTION:A long intake distributing tube 27 from surge tanks 25a, 25b is divided into two, an upstream tube portion 28 and a downstream tube portion 29. The distributing tube 27 is connected from a downstream tube portion 29 of short length to the cylinder heads 7a, 7b in order. In connecting the distributing tube 27 to the heads 7a, 7b, the upstream tube portion 29 running from the top of a space 17 toward the tanks 25a, 25b does not exist, so the range from the top of the space 17 toward the tanks 25a, 25b is opened widely enough for fingers or tools to enter the periphery of a connecting portion. As a result, the connecting workability of the distributing tube 27 is improved, and the downward tube portion 29 is casting-formed integratedly to make the outer periphery of the downstream tube portion 29 brought into close contact without any clearance. It is thus possible to provide a compact size without any clearance.
