PURPOSE:To eliminate a need of a complicated operation and to easily search an objective directory by setting the directory used for preceding diagnosis to a default directory before log-off. CONSTITUTION:Directory information is displayed on a CRT 6, and conversations are repeated to execute diagnosis, and it is discriminated whether this information should be set to the default directory or not before the end of conversations. When it is discriminated that it should be set, its directory is set. When an objective directory is searched, a user name is first inputted at the time of log-in. Then, a corresponding table is referred to be given the current directory and the default directory. When the current directory is set, it is set to the default directory. Thus, conversation is started with the default directory. |
