PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for the provision of a switch for message erasure and erasure of message one by one by erasing automatically the message not required any more at ON or OFF state of a power switch. CONSTITUTION:The receiver consists of a control section 8, a data memory 9, an LCD drive circuit 10, a display device 13 and a message processing section 14 or the like. Moreover, when a power switch is switched, a message except a protected message and unconfirmed message is erased by a delete means. After the power switch is turned on or off, the undesired message is momentarily erased automatically. Thus, the provision of a switch for message erasure is not required and the necessity of erasure of one by one message is eliminated. |
