PURPOSE:To improve adhesive properties with a steel sheet and a fluororesin top coat and processability by compounding a specified modified polyester resin and an alkyl-etherified aminoformaldehyde resin. CONSTITUTION:A modified polyester resin (a) with a reduced viscosity of 0.2 or larger is obtd. by polycondensing an acid component consisting of 50-100mol% arom. dicarboxylic acid and 0-50mol% aliph. dicarboxylic acid, a glycol component consisting of alkylene glycol and 0.1-20mol%, based on the whole acid component or the whole alcohol component, condensible macromonomer with a divalent functional group of the formula [wherein R1-R3 are each a single bond or a 1-4C alkylene; R4 is H, a 1-4C alkyl; R5 is H, CH3; D is a (substd.) alkyloxycarbonyl, a cycloalkyloxycarbonyl or a phenyl; A and B are each a carboxyl or hydroxyl] in the presence of a catalyst. The component (a) and alkyl-etherified aminoformaldehyde resin (b) are compounded in a ratio of (a) to (b) of 95-60/5-40. |
