PURPOSE:To draft respective types of plans directly corresponding to the change of a state by extracting the characteristic quantity of objective data, contriving strategic plan suitable for restrictions and evaluation indexes, preparing the plan, and editing data and a logic according to the change of the state. CONSTITUTION:By the control of a plane processing control part 15, the characteristic quantity of detailed plan information (objective data) is extracted from a storing part 21, evaluated, and by taking the various restrictions and the evaluation indexes into consideration, the strategic plan is contrived and drafted. An editing processing part 10 including a business logic storing part and a rule storing part 13 stores the business logic and a strategy contriving rule in a describing format and in a describing sequence, which are easily understood for a person in charge of the plan (Japanese variable name). Further the person in charge can directly edit the business logic and the strategy contriving rule according to the change of the state. In addition, a pre-complile part in the processing part 10, a business logic characteristic extraction executing part 16 and a solution executing part 19 execute the business logic, characteristic extraction and the solution logic by a computer. Thus the detailed plan satisfying the various evaluation indexes and confirming to the state can be drafted. |
