<p>PURPOSE:To attain to enhance the detection accuracy of shape defect, by calculating suction external force corresponding to the output signal of each channel of a strip like body and calculating the elongation percentage of each channel by said suction external force. CONSTITUTION:Tension force Un is calculated on the basis of outputs C1, C2,... Cn corresponding to the displacement of a body to be measured with a thickness (d) led out at every channel and external forces F(C1), F(C2),...F(Cn) led out at every channel as a functions of said outputs by the formula in the drawing. Tension force U0 corresponding to the min. value Cmin among outputs C1, C2,... Cn corresponding to the displacement of the body to be measured is calculated by the formula in the drawing. An elongation percentage beta at every channel is led out on the basis of the formula in the drawing by the tension force U0 and the tension force of each channel. As mentioned above, by correcting suction external force F at each channel corresponding to the displacement of a strip body, the detection accuracy of shape defect is enhanced.</p> |
