The whirlpool bath has a water drain, and a pipe system (2) with circulation pump to feed air and/or water into a supply nozzle. The system is connected to a water outlet (12) in both floor (1) or wall, via connection valve (20) and chamber (15). A drainage socket (16) with valve (18) projects into the chamber, and opens into the drainpipe (17). The connection valve has a body (21), guided on the drainage socket. and pressed by a closing spring (3) towards its sealing seat. The seat is formed by conical valve seat surfaces (4,5) of drainage socket and connection chamber wall (14). USE/ADVANTAGE - Improved function of whirlpool bath.
