PURPOSE:To lessen the energization force of a neutral keeping means of a suspension device of coil spring type by furnishing a torque absorbing means and thereby preventing the torque of spring for suspension from being transmitted to a rear wheel supporting member. CONSTITUTION:As a torque absorbing means a bearing 81 is fitted at an inner ring 72 of a fitting member 71 for a piston rod 65b of a suspension device 65, and this piston rod 65b is fixed to the bearing 81. This allows the piston rod 65b to rotate round the axis with respect to an inner link 72, i.e., the car body, and a knuckle arm 10R is precluded from torque application. Thus the energization force of a neutral keeping means 13 can be lessened by an amount as necessary to overcome this torque. |
