PURPOSE: To take blood pressure easily with operation of thumb by decreasing a pressure of an arm band with inward movement of a push button and locking an open state sufficiently to carry out exhaust of air rapidly by a beforehand specified further inward movement. CONSTITUTION: When an arm band is attached and a spherical body 12 made of rubber is operated, air is inhaled from a hole 32 via a check valve 36. Since a valve 28 is closed, exhausted air is filled into a flexible tube 11 via a chamber 24 and a hole 21 wherein a pressure is expressed by a pressure gauge. In this state, when a pusher 60 is pushed by a push button 17, the valve 28 is opened against a sprint 45, to decrease a pressure within the flexible tube 11 of the arm band via an opening 48 and the valve 28 gradually. Then maximum and minimum blood pressures are read out. Thereafter, once the push button 17 is pushed more, a teeth type lamp of the pusher locks the valve in an open state, to exhaust rapidly. Then, once the push button 17 is pushed more, locking is released, to close the valve 28. Thus, it can be operated only by thumb. |
