<p>PURPOSE:To attempt to reduce production cost by providing a production control system, a warehouse control system, an automatic warehouse, a distribution service station, a manufacturing shop and a manufacturing hysteresis information control system. CONSTITUTION:At the time of forwarding parts from an automatic warehouse 4, the relation of W/S6a-6c using those parts and their part deposit lot numbers and the picking order and number in a distribution service station 5 is decided. And in a manufacturing shop, the parts being finished for W/S6a-6c respectively are not transferred and used for other W/S, and the parts forwarded from the automatic warehouse 4 are used at W/S6a-6c in the same order as the picking. Consequently, it is possible to automatically calculate and control a manufacturing hysteresis information by a computer from a forwarding hysteresis information and a lot manufacturing order plan of W/S6a-6c respectively.</p> |
