PURPOSE:To obtain an inexpensive disposable electrode used in a fermentation tank by mounting an oxygen electrode, a printed circuit board and a mold part for receiving a part of them in a housing to fix the same. CONSTITUTION:The small-sized oxygen electrode 1 provided on an Si-chip is bonded to a printed circuit board 2 and connected to the wiring patterns 29A, 29B of the substrate by wires as shown by a numeral 6 to be connected to the pads 30A, 30B of a card insertion part and the wire connection part 6 is covered with a silicone resin 7. The printed circuit board 2 is inserted in a stainless steel cap 3 and a heat-resistant resin 8 is injected in the cap 3. The cap 3 is screwed in an adaptor 4 through an O-ring 9. The adaptor 4 is inserted in a bioreactor 11 to be fixed by a screw 12. At the time of replacement, the cap 3 having the oxygen electrode 1 mounted thereto is replaced. |
