<p>PURPOSE:To measure the complex of activated human protein C and human protein C inhibitor by using an anti-human protein C inhibitor monoclonal antibody as an antibody for solid phase formation and an anti-human protein C monoclonal antibody as an enzyme labeled antibody, respectively. CONSTITUTION:The complex of the activated human protein C and the human protein C inhibitor is measured by the enzyme immune measurement method utilizing a 2-antibody sandwich method. The anti-human protein C inhibitor monoclonal antibody is used as the antibody for solid phase formation relating this measurement at this time. The anti-human protein C monoclonal antibody is used for the enzyme labeled antibody. The complex of the activated human protein C and the human protein C inhibitor is measured in this way.</p> |
