<p>PURPOSE:To contrive the improvement of the characteristics, such as stability, axial load and the like, of the title capacitor by a method wherein a step part is formed on the upper inner wall part of a case, the outer periphery part of a rotor is placed on this step part, the outer periphery part of the rotor is supported by the step part of the upper inner wall of the case and the pressure welding force between the rotor and a stator is kept constant. CONSTITUTION:A case 1 is formed in a state that a terminal 2 and a terminal 3 having an eyelet 4 are buried in the base part. These terminals 2 and 3 are respectively continuous to an electrode of a dielectric stator 6 through a spring 6 and to an electrode of a metal rotor 7 through the eyelet 4. The outer periphery part of the rotor 2 is formed in two steps, the diameter on the side of the electrode at its lower part is made smaller than the inner diameter of a step part 9 of the upper inner periphery part of the case 1 and the diemeter on the side of driver grooves 8 at its upper part is formed into so a size that it is positioned on the step part 9. Owing to this, the outer periphery part of the rotor 7 is placed on the step part 9 of the case 1 and the rotor 7 is made freely rotatable by narrowing the eyelet 4. A taper to go down downward toward the outward direction of the step part 9 is formed on the step part 9 and has elasticity. For this reason, the rotor 7 is abutted on the step part 9 at a constant pressure and is made freely rotatable having a constant rotating torque.</p> |
