PRODUCTION OF THIN-FILM DIODE IN LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE

PURPOSE:To suppress the generation of the leak current occurring in the photoirradiation in a semiconductor film by softening and fluidizing a 3rd photosensitive resin for forming wirings and etching a light shielding film by utilizing this 3rd photosensitive resin. CONSTITUTION:The 3rd photosensitive resin 20 for forming the wirings 30 is softened by a heat treatment and the light shielding film 22 having the plane pattern shape larger than the plane pattern shape of the semiconductor film 24 is formed by utilizing this softened 3rd photosensitive resin 20. As a result, the transmitted light from the rear surface of a substrate is shielded by the light shielding film 22 and does not arrive at the semiconductor film 24 any longer. The generation of the leak current occurring in the photoirradiation is prevented in this way and the display image grade of the liquid crystal display device is improved.
