A seat comprises a seat portion arranged to be rigid with a backrest and a supporting member rigidly coupled to the seat portion is provided for bearing on a seat of a motor vehicle. Arranged between the seat portion and supporting member is a sliding mechanism capable of sliding on a curved guide. The sliding mechanism comprises a pawl engaged with holes of a curved guide for locking in at least two tilted positions the seat portion and the curved guide.
