Cold-curable, flexible and.or elastic epoxy resin compsn., esp. for bonding, sealing dilatation joints or producing coatings, contains: the condensate (I) of 40-50 (wt.) pts. epoxidised phenolic resin (IIA) with an expoy equiv. of 185-220 and a viscosity of 3-15 Pa.s/25 deg.C and/or epoxidised bisphenol A (IIB), 10-25 pts. mono- or diglycidyl ether (IIIA) or a diglycidyl carboxylate (IIIB) with 10-20C, 15-20 pts. poly(alkylene oxide)-diglycol (IV) with a mol. wt. of 200-600 and 15-20 pts. nondrying or semidrying vegetable oil (V); 0-500 pts. (II); 20-700 pts. poly(aminoamide) (VIA) with viscosity 5-25 Pa.s/25 deg.C and amine no. 350-450 or poly(etherurethane-amine) (VIB) with viscosity 4-5 Pa.s/25 deg.C and amine no. 120-150; and opt. inorg. and/or organic fillers (VII).
