The radiator has parallel, horizontal tubes in a common plane, connected together by vertical headers at their ends. The first header has feed and return connecting unions, with a barrier between the mouths of adjacent tubes determining the flow direction. The barrier is formed by a narrow opening (22), shut off by a sinking plug (24) inserted through the connecting union (16) above it. The second header (14) contains one or more return connecting unions. ADVANTAGE - Can be connected to the system on the same or opposite sides.
