<p>PURPOSE:To improve a rate of operation by providing in parallel first and second lines two or more work stations arranging between them a longitudinally movable both-head machining device and conveying, while a workpiece in the one work station is machined, a workpiece in the other work station. CONSTITUTION:Mutually parallel work lines 12, 14 are formed into a closed loop state, and a plural number of work stations 18a to 18d and 18e to 18h are provided in each line 12, 14. A plural number of both-head machining tools 20a to 20d are provided between both the lines 12, 14. A workpiece is fed onto the lines 12, 14 in stations 16, 17, when the workpiece is fixedly arranged in each station 18a to 18h, the workpiece W in the stations 18a to 18d is machined first by the machining tools 20a to 20d, next the workpiece W in the stations 18e to 18h is machined by the tool in an opposite side. During this time, new workpieces are carried in and fixed to the stations 18a to 18d.</p> |
