<p>PURPOSE:To increase a buckling strength, by molding a vessel body with a sheet blank having a gas barrier property and a melted resin extruded on the surface of the sheet blank and by providing at least four thick pillars of the melted resin at the shell of vessel body. CONSTITUTION:A vessel body 14 is composed of a shell 14a, a bottom 14b and a flange 15. The shell 14a and the bottom 14b are made of a sheet blank 26 having a has barrier property and a thermo-plastic resin 28 extruded on the surface of the sheet blank 26 and also the flange 15 is made of a thermo- plastic resin 28. A plurality of pillars (thick pillar) 27a, 27b, for instance, are formed at the shell and further a bottom edge 29 made of the thermo-plastic resin is protruded downward at the peripheral edge of the bottom 14b. The pillars 27a, 27b are protruded inward from the shell 14a and thicker than other parts of the shell 14a.</p> |
