PURPOSE:To obtain the title 'konjak' of accurate shape in such a way that 'konjak' rolled in a cutlery chamber is cut into unit blocks each of which is then sliced with a cutlery member into 'konjak' pieces along with providing each piece with cut marks followed by discharge by opening the bottom of the chamber. CONSTITUTION:In a cutlery chamber 8 defined by the contour of a cutlery member I consisting of an assembly made up by alternately and integrally arranging cutting cutlery 3 and notching cutlery 4, 'konjak' KB as raw material is cut into unit blocks KU of constant length by the cutting cutlery with shutter 3 function. Each block KU is then sliced into individual pieces 30 by the actuation of the cutlery member I along with providing each piece with cut marks for bag making. Thence, a mobile bed 11 is rocked to open the bottom of the chamber 8, thus discharging 'konjak' pieces of bag shape 30. |
