PURPOSE:To obtain a surface coating with no wrinkle and excellent smoothness by transferring a composite sheet wherein a plastic film is laminated on the surface of a sheet by means of heat-pressing rolls while it is heat-pressed and taking it out while it is cooled under an action of a tensile force. CONSTITUTION:A composite sheet 10 wherein a plastic film 12 is laminated on the surface of a sheet 11 is inserted between a nip part of heat pressing rolls 20 and the composite sheet 10 is transferred in the taking out direction while it is heat-pressed. When the apex of the composite sheet is forwarded between a nip part of taking out rollers 30, a tensile force is acted on the composite sheet by means of a rotating driving force of the taking out rollers 30 and under this state, the composite sheet is taken out while it is forcibly cooled by means of an air fan 40. As the composite sheet heat-pressed by means of the heat-pressing rollers 20 like this is taken out under the condition where the tensile force is applied by means of the taking out rollers 30 and while it is cooled forcibly by means of the cooling device, the surface of the sheet 12 can be coated with a plastic film 11 with no wrinkle, excellent smoothness and pretty finish. |
