PURPOSE:To provide a syruped peanut having the same softness, sweetness, taste and high added value as other beans by retaining a syrup between the shell and beans of the peanut. CONSTITUTION:The objective peanut is prepared by boiling a shelled peanut in water for several hours, boiling the boiled peanut in a syrup for several hours to adjust the content of the saccharide, cooling the syrup, heating the syrup to again adjust the content of the saccharide, taking out the shelled peanut and dropping the syrup from the surface of the shell to hold the syrup between the shell and beans of the peanut. Various other confection materials or perfumes may be, if necessary, sealed in the shell together with the syrup and a thermally weak material may be mixed with a syrup having a low viscosity and sealed in the peanut under a pressure. |
