摘要 A process for the production of a diaphragm made from fully carbon-containing materials for an acoustic unit which comprises the steps of mixing and compounding an organic composition which contains one or more mixtures of monomer, prepolymer and lower polymer of a relatively simple, polymerisable, heat-curable resin of a substance which has a high residual carbon content after calcination, with carbon powders as binder, preparative shaping of the same to give a film or sheet form, calcination of a diaphragm shape which has been shaped to a desired diaphragm structure, and of a moving coil element shape which has been shaped to a desired moving coil structure from the film or sheet shape, and subsequently forming an integrated structure of the diaphragm and the moving coil element by calcination of a composite material which [lacuna] with the diaphragm shape and the moving coil element shape via an organic liquid composition which has a high residual carbon content, the steps being carried out in an inert-gas atmosphere. This enables the process to transmit a drive force produced in a moving coil onto the diaphragm without loss, without fatigue phenomena, such as creep of the materials, independently of the external ambient conditions.
