<p>PURPOSE:To suppress a running speed under a constant condition in the case of the manipulation by a nursing person by decelerating the running speed outputted to an output part from a central control part regardless of the set quantity of a speed setting device when a handle steering angle detector detects a definite handle steering angle or more. CONSTITUTION:A program guiding the signal from a handle steering detector 8 to a central control part 18 and outputting the running speed outputted to an output part 23 regardless of the set quantity of a speed setting device 22 as far as the signal emitted when a handle 3 is steered is inputted while suppressing the same to a preset walking speed or less is incorporated preliminarily. Next, a handle steering angle detector 25 detecting the steering angle of the handle 3 is provided. As the handle steering angle detector 25, a rotary type potentiometer one allowing the handle 3 to correspond to a rotary indicator may be used and, by this detector, the quantity of electricity corresponding to the steering angle of the handle is generated. The signal from the handle steering angle detector 25 is inputted to the central control part 25 and, when the signal from the handle steering angle detector 25 exceeds a definite value and the handle 3 is steered at a definite angle or more, the running speed outputted to the output part 23 is decelerated to a definite speed.</p> |
