PURPOSE:To vary the rotating speed of a capacitor motor without increasing the quantity of coil turnes to be used without decreasing the efficiency by providing a plurality of taps at a main coil and arbitrarily switching and connecting an auxiliary coil by a relay. CONSTITUTION:A main coil 21 is connected to an AC power source, high, middle and low taps 23, 24, 25 are provided at the coil 21. The taps 23-25 are arbitrarily switched and connected to a series circuit of an auxiliary coil 22 and an operating condenser 26 by a relay 7. The main coil 21 and the coil 22 are disposed at 90 deg. of electric angle on a stator core. |
