<p>PURPOSE:To stop a vehicle by the will of an occupant in the case of the manipulation by a nursing person by providing the danger sensing switch operated by the occupant himself and transmitting a stop order bringing a running speed to zero to an output part from a central control part when a handle steering detection part and the danger sensing switch are operated. CONSTITUTION:The signals from both of a handle steering detector 8 and a danger sensing switch 18 are guided to a central control part 23 and, when both signals are inputted, an output signal is outputted to an output part 27 from the central control part 23 and a running speed is brought to zero finally in a definite ratio regardless of the set quantity of a speed setting device 26. By this mechanism, in such a case that a nursing person operates a vehicle by steering a handle 3, when the danger sensing switch 18 possessed by an occupant is operated, a running speed becomes zero to stop the vehicle and, therefore, a safety feeling can be given to the occupant and danger can be prevented. At this time, since an alarm lamp 21 lights, the nursing person can sense this state quickly and takes a required means to make it possible to avoid danger.</p> |
