PURPOSE:To prevent an increase of oil consumption when a trouble is caused, in the captioned device constituted with a brake oil hydraulic circuit into two channels, by setting a distance between a set of pressure receiving pistons to a minimum requirement limit further providing a stopper limiting internal movement of the pistons. CONSTITUTION:The first and second output ports P1, P2 of a tandem master cylinder M are connected to a pair of rear wheel brakes Br, Br' by the first and second flow lines L1, L2, and common housings 31, 32 are interposed in said lines L1, L2 then a set of pressure receiving pistons 91, 92 are slided internally of said housings to form the first and second input pressure oil chambers 181, 182 and the first and second output pressure oil chambers 191, 192, while each chamber 18, 19 is communicated through valves 231, 232. Here a distance l4 between said both pistons 91, 92 is set to a minimum requirement limit for the other piston not to interfere with opening and closing operation of each valve 231, 232, while a stopper 35 is further provided to stop movement of the both pistons 91, 92 when internally moved by a fixed distance l4/2. |
