摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a pen point which harden generates blurring and is highly decorative by forming aluminum and/or its alloy layer, an anode oxidation film layer and a coloring layer sequentially on the rear of a ceramic as a base using vacuum physical evaporation technique. CONSTITUTION:An alloy layer 2 of aluminum or aluminum-copper, aluminum- magnesium is formed on the surface of a pen point 1 consisting of ceramics such as alumina and zirconium. The preferable thickness of the layer is 2 to 30mum. After this, the pen point is soaked in a treatment liquid such as a solution containing aluminum or a solution containing sulfosalicyclic acid and sulfuric acid. An anode oxidation film layer 3 is formed using anode oxidation technique. In addition, a coloring layer 4 is formed by soaking a pen point 1 with an anode oxidation film layer 3 in a solution in which dye is dissolved. Then a resist film pattern is formed on the pen point with an anode oxidation film layer 3 using screening or pad printing technique. After coloring the pattern, it is formed by removing the resist film. Consequently, the pen point which does not allow blurring to generate and is highly decorative can be obtained.
