<p>PURPOSE:To manufacture tire tread always having uniform tread thickness and of superior performance and appearance by disposing gates communicating with a transfer storage section for a molding material of viscoelastic fluidity continuously in the peripheral direction. CONSTITUTION:A tread cavity 27 is formed on a radius direction outer surface 25 of a tire casing 22. Molding material injection gates 28, 28 continuing in the peripheral direction are formed on the ends of first and second tread ring segments 14, 15, that is, on the shoulder section of the tire casing 22. Tapered molding material injection rubber passage 30, 30 are constituted of gate side passages 30a and material storage side passages 30b, and the gate side passages 3a continues in the peripheral direction and communicate with the gates 28, while a plurality of the material storage side passages 30b are prouded at intervals in the peripheral direction and communicate with a ring material storage section 29 for transferring the molding material.</p> |
