PURPOSE:To enable boiling so as to provide homogeneous thermal denaturation of bean-curd refuse of raw 'GO' (ground soybean liquid) and soybean milk by providing a stirring member for stirring the heated raw 'GO' between a boiling pipe part and an aging pipe part of each steaming pipe. CONSTITUTION:Steaming pipes 20 composed of a boiling pipe part 31 for heating raw 'GO' with steam and an aging pipe part 32 connected to the boiling pipe part 31 and used for aging the heated raw 'GO' are provided to continuously carry out boiling and aging. A stirring member 38 for stirring the heated raw 'GO' is arranged between the boiling pipe 31 and the aging pipe part 32 of each steaming pipe 20. That is the raw 'GO' heated in the boiling pipe part is stirred with the stirring member and fed to the aging pipe part. Thereby, thermal denaturation of the bean-curd refuse and soybean milk can be more homogenized and products of good quality can be produced. |
