PURPOSE:To provide a lead perovskite-based dielectric material porcelain material having insulation resistance not lowering even by low-temperature calcination in a low-oxygen concentration atmosphere by adding a specific amount of copper oxide to Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3. CONSTITUTION:MgO and Nb2O3 are weighed blended to attain MgNb2O6, calcined, powdered, and similarly treated with PbO into Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3 (PMN for short) to give PMN powder. PbO is treated with TiO2 similarly into PbTiO3(PT for short) to give PT powder. Then a mixture of 75-99.9mol% PMN, 0.1-25mol% copper oxide (calculated as CuO) or a mixture of 60-99.9mol% PMN, 0-15mol% PT and 0.1-25mol% copper oxide (calculated as CuO) is blended in a dry state by a grinder to give powder of dielectric material porcelain material. The powder is used as a material for dielectric material, subjected to removal of binder, reduced and calcined under given conditions to give a laminate ceramic condenser for copper electrode, having excellent metallizing properties and high reliability. |
