发明名称 KNOCK CONTROL METHOD FOR INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE
摘要 PURPOSE:To provide an output as high as possible while preventing knocking from occurring by a method wherein according to the degree of knock margin based on a reference value, an engine running parameter value is varied by a given amount in an easy or a hard knock occurring direction. CONSTITUTION:A presage type combustion deciding means 14 inputs a pressure- in-cylinder signal from a detecting means 10 through a low-pass filter 12 or a signal from a crank angle detecting means 11. A rate of change in a pressure in a cylinder is determined by a computing means 140 and a fall time of a pressure in a cylinder by a computing means 141, and a deciding means 142 decides the degree of knock margin based on a reference value. According to the direction of the decided degree of margin, a switching means 24 selects either an advance angle signal generating means 26 or a delay angle signal generating means 28. When it is decided by a backup combustion deciding means 18 that no knock occurs, a given amount of an ignition timing control signal responding to the magnitude of the degree of margin is outputted from a switching means 20. Meanwhile, when knock occurs, the switching means 20 outputs a delay angle signal set to a generating means 22.
