PURPOSE:To carry out the giving/receiving of a card with a driver kept seated on a driver's seat by forming a card taking device which has a card picker on one end and an operating means for operating the opening/closing of the card picker on the other end in a dimension sufficient to make the card picker reach a card on the outside of a car with the driver kept seated on the driver's seat of the car. CONSTITUTION:At the time of driving a car into a parking area, first, a driver reaches a card taking device A toward a card issuer from the driver's seat through the window of the car at the entrance of the parking area and operates an operating means 7 to close a card picker 2 on the front end. A card is picked and pulled out the card issuer by means of the card picker 2 and, then taken into the car. Thus, by pulling the card out of the issuer, as the gate of the entrance of the parking area interlocked with the issuer is opened, the driver can drive the car into the parking area as it is. |
