<p>PURPOSE:To cut a round pipe on a line by providing a 2nd truck set up on a 1st truck and capable of reciprocating movement in parallel to the round pipe axial direction, plural guide rods outer-fitting the round pipe, the rod support part thereof, the support shaft turning part and an inner round blade fixed to the tip of the guide rod. CONSTITUTION:A round pipe A is advanced in a D direction to penetrate the hollow shaft 81 of an outer blade driving part 8 and is inserted to the root of a guide rod 3 by being guided by a lead guide piece 6. A 1st truck 1 is then traveled at the same speed as the round pipe traveling speed to the front part, a shaft 81 is rotated meanwhile, an outer blade 84a and a roll 85a are revolved while freely rotating by interposing the round pipe A and the outer blade 84a is cutting a notch from the outside of the round pipe corresponding to an inner blade 5. On completion of the cutting a 2nd truck 2 is moved to the front part and the rod 3 is turned 180 deg. at the position where the guide piece 6 is separated from the driving part 8. The cut product of the rod 3 is then drawn on the other hand. The truck 2 is then moved to the rear part, the guide piece 6 is stopped at the stipulated position of the inside of the driving part 8 and the truck 1 is moved to the rear part.</p> |
