<p>PURPOSE: To prevent excessive stress of a flexible arm and increase engaging force between a card and pivot mounting, by making a deflecting motion during the printed circuit card of each of the flexible contact arm to be pivot-mounted, so as to perform electric connection to the printed circuit card. CONSTITUTION: When a card is pivotally rotated in a direction of tilt seating position, force is formed by a card 16 engaged with an upper part contact arm region 22a and a lower part, that is, forward contact arm region 23a, by this force, strong engaging force is formed, deflection is developed. This engaging force is strong electric connection between a contact pad of the card 16 and a contact pin 11 of an assembly unit 13, except a pivot motion made possible by a flexible contact arm 22, 23 till snap engaging the card in a fixed position, to be made firm mounting resisting against a relative motion between the card and the assembly unit. In this way, firm mounting is obtained between the card and the assembly unit.</p> |
