PURPOSE:To improve the symmetry of an input/output characteristic by supplying the collector circuit of a 5th transistor(TR) from a power terminal and supplying the collector current of a 3rd TR via the load resistor of a 2nd TR. CONSTITUTION:First and 2nd TRs Q2, Q3, 3rd and 4th TRs Q4, Q5 and 5th, 6th TRs Q7, Q8 constitute respectively a differential amplifier. Then the collector of the TR Q7 is connected to a power terminal Vcc and the collector of the TR Q4 is connected to the collector of the TR Q3 and one terminal of a load resistor R2 and the base of the TR Q6 are connected in common. Thus, the collector current of the TR Q7 is supplied from the power terminal Vcc and the collector current of the TR Q4 is supplied via the load resistor R2 from the power terminal Vcc. Thus, the symmetry of the input and output characteristic of a phase comparator is improved independently of the switching TR Q6. |
