The invention concerns a device for interconnection of two structural elements, the first one (1) of which has a wall with a number of slots (4) formed therein and the second one (2) of which is an open-ended hollow element and is arranged, in the interconnected position, to be secured on the first structural element with its open end turned towards the latter. A fastening device (5, 6) is also provided which is movable in the lengthwise direction of the second structural element (2) and is arranged for engagement with the edges of the slots in the first structural element in such a manner that these two elements, on account of their movability, may be pressed against one another. In accordance with the invention, the fastening device comprises two separate units, viz. a gripping member (5) and a tightening member (6) which is mounted inside the second structural element (2) and cooperates mechanically with the gripping member (5). The tightening member (6) is arranged to transfer the tightening force of a tightening screw (27) extending crosswise in relation to the second structural element to a tightening force acting on the gripping member in the lengthwise direction of the second structural element, i.e. transversely with regard to the first structural element. |
